After the dream, by Clea McLemorePhoto Credits, Generation Bass

After one has dreamed, that is the first step of making dreams come true.  The second step requires a little more strain of muscle, perhaps an additional tear from eye; what happens after the dream? What happens is the work, the execution, the doing.

For example, creative inclined people in fields of the arts such as sculptors, musicians, artists, ballet dancers, and others tend to dream often.  They take simple pieces of life, inspiration from nature, and bring beauty into the world.  Someone’s desire or dream in life was to give of themselves, and share with others; however, such a gift cannot be shared, if it has yet to reveal itself in some tangible aspect.  Musical notes written onto paper, the gentle brushstroke of the careful artist, the sculpting of the clay in the Potter’s Hand.

Dream.  Dream, big, and hard, and long.  Grasp hold of the fact that with Christ, all things are possible.  Breathe it, remind yourself of it, put sticky notes on bathroom mirrors.  And during this process, after the excitement that the gift birthed inside of you, can indeed be fulfilled…Execute the vision.

I pray…the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
