Alex —

I need three slides prepared for the Wednesday board meeting covering the Q4 budget variances we discussed last month. Can you confirm receipt and have them ready by Tuesday EOD?

This is the review I mentioned in the all-hands. Please prioritise over other project work this week.

Best,
Sarah
